ABOUT US

Massimo Baldini is a proven serial entrepreneur and operator who, in the past 16 years, started and sold two tech companies in the automotive space (the first to Ford Motor Company). He holds a Master Summa Cum Laude in Chemistry from Univ. of Genoa and an MBA from Univ. of Chicago. Additionally, his wife has been an owner-operator of an online food delivery marketplace (caternation.com).

Massimo has now started a new company leveraging his passion for great food, Italian roots and connections. 

Specifically, in 2024 he has created a B2B manufacturer and distributor of Focaccia, in particular Focaccia al Formaggio, which is a specialty focaccia, well-known in the area Massimo grew up in (Genoa, Italy) but fairly  unknown in other parts of Italy and in the USA.

In 2025 he acquired a little gourmet soup restaurant and is selling Focaccia there too.

CFG’s legacy will be the introduction into the US market of a delicious, authentic specialty food, American customers have been missing out on.
